Kaisha Setsuritsu Express is a Shibuya-based practice led by a licensed gyoseishoshi, with English-speaking staff on site. It covers an unusually complete range for a firm of its size: incorporation, work and business visas, tax and accounting back office, and corporate bank account opening for foreign nationals and foreign companies — the last of which is often the hardest part for a founder without a track record in Japan.
The firm states it handles more than 50 company formations a year and accepts enquiries from overseas through a dedicated email address. Prices are not shown on the pages we checked.
