GEOS International describes itself as a platform dedicated to streamlining Japan entity setup, offering global entity setup and entity management, including preparation of incorporation paperwork.
We are listing it because it markets Japan incorporation to foreign founders, but readers should know what we could not establish. The firm publishes no languages, no Japan office address, no year founded, no staff numbers and no track record on the pages we checked. A pricing page exists but showed no figures. Visa, tax and bank account services are not described.
That is not an accusation of anything — plenty of firms publish little. It does mean that almost every question a founder would want answered before engaging has to be asked directly.
