This policy explains what Kaisha Guide collects and what it does not. It was last updated on 2 August 2026.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This collects a randomised identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details such as browser and device type. It does not tell us who you are.
Email. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and track corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list.
We do not ask for, collect or store personal details about your visa, company or tax situation. There are no accounts, no logins and no forms on this site that request personal information.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
- We do not pass enquiries, contact details or browsing behaviour to the providers listed here. When you click through to a provider, they see a normal visit from their own website’s perspective — we send them nothing about you.
- We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels. Advertising on this site is a flat monthly placement, which requires no tracking of readers.
Cookies
The analytics described above sets cookies. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment. Nothing else on this site sets one. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
Links to other sites
Provider listings link to firms’ own websites. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies.
If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
