Regus operates at a scale nothing else in this directory approaches: 98 locations in Tokyo and 219 across Japan, with an English-language site and English-speaking advisors. It offers individual private offices through to full floors, alongside coworking.
It publishes day rates rather than a monthly rate card — individual private offices from JPY 600 per person per day, dedicated coworking desks from JPY 500 per person per day — which makes direct comparison with the monthly figures other operators quote awkward. It also runs a registered business address service and points visitors to guidance on using an address for company registration in Japan.
Two cautions for visa purposes. A registered address on its own is not the same as the independent premises the Business Manager Visa requires, so read carefully which product you are buying. And the site does not publish minimum contract terms, which matters because immigration practice generally expects a lease of at least a year.
