Servcorp is the only office operator we have found so far that combines three things a foreign founder actually needs: an English-language service with bilingual staff on site, published prices, and private offices rather than only shared space. Two cautions for visa purposes. Its virtual office product, from JPY 8,000 a month, will not satisfy the Business Manager Visa premises requirement no matter how prestigious the address — you need the private serviced office. And its serviced offices are marketed on flexible contracts, whereas immigration practice generally expects a lease term of at least a year. Confirm the term you can get before you rely on it for an application.
